Description:
The main components of bird's nest are protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and various trace elements. Compared with traditional bird's nest, bird's nest powder will be more easily absorbed by the body.

Swallow's nest acid, also known as sialic acid, is a general term for a class of derivatives of neuraminic acid in which the amino or hydroxyl hydrogen has been replaced, and often refers to one of the most important members of this class, n-acetylneuramic acid. Sialic acid is widely found in animal tissues, but also in other organisms. It is mainly used as a component of glycoproteins and gangliosides. Sialic acid keeps germs at bay. Sialic acid (SA), known as n-acetylneuraminidine, is a naturally occurring carbohydrate. It was originally isolated from mucin in the submandibular gland, hence the name.
