The physicochemical properties of dihydromyricetin (Ampelopsin (flavanol); Ampeloptin) were analyzed by ultraviolet-visible spectrometry, infrared spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, Xray diffractometry. The result showed that dihydromyricetin (Ampelopsin (flavanol); Ampeloptin) and lecithin inthe complex were combined by non-covalent bond, did not form a new compound and the solubility of dihydromyricetin in n-octanol was significantly enhanced.

1)Clearing the free radical in body and antioxidation:
The vine tea extract can effectively level down the lipid peroxidation. It can prevent the oxidative damage of
antioxidase in body caused by the free radical. Then it can improve the oxidation resistance of the human body.

The vine tea extract has the strong inhibitory action of staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. It also has
